you needed a bar end shifter in stead of your standard shifter....faster speed because of consistent posistion.
I think you should just pedal faster.
HMM bar end shifter's & pedaling faster, both great advice neither of which I'll do. I'm a cheapskate for one & my wahgina hurts when I pedal to fast.
