After 48 hours of hell I was able to get out of the sling long enough too remove the bandage & take a shower. The act of taking a shower totally exhausted me. Slept the rest of the afternoon & most of the night. Appetite is slowly coming back & I've started cutting back the pain
meds. I've also added walking around a bit. Been packing my shoulder in ice which has been helping a ton with the pain & swelling.

Doing just about anything wears me out for now. Probably do to the negative calorie diet I've been on.
