I don't get this @ all. How does CU project that people are going to use mass transit less next year? Wishful thinking? I'd like to see the numbers on how many people ride to work in the metro area.Their Budget. Yet they need to raise our gas rates which is no surprise. Gotta pay for those consultants somehow.
